RESEARCH DEPUTY MANAGER

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Build a specialized research department on polymer.
• Organize research activities and analyze new products.
• Research new types of raw materials (RMs) for testing new products.
• Study relevant documents on new products. Write specific technical instructions to support testing activities.
• Search, translate, and develop standards from technical documents of professional organizations worldwide, to serve research and product testing activities.
• Research and discover new RMs to improve products according to new customer requirements.
• Regularly explore and introduce new types of RMs to improve the development of existing products.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to survey and provide appropriate product development solutions.
• Regularly updated information on product improvements and raw materials in the plastics industry.
• Build documents and train employees on Polymer, additives, and other related topics.
• Perform other requests from the R&D manager.

Contacts:

• Directly report to the R&D manager.
• Receive and provide information to R&D staff.
• Contact other units and departments according to regulations.
• Ensure testing information security requirements.

Job Requirements:

Professional qualifications: University degree or higher in Polymer Chemistry.

Experience: Experience working in the plastics or polymer industry.

Health: Good, able to handle work pressure.

Other requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in using computers.
• English: Good at reading technical documents in English.
