With 1,000 relief packages and nearly 1 billion VND in cash urgently allocated for emergency relief in Quang Binh on October 23rd, under the approval of the company's leadership, Ms. Ngo Tu Dong Khanh – CEO of SBVN hopes that this contribution will help the people of Central Vietnam recover from the consequences and stabilize their lives.

Regarding relief efforts in Quang Binh, on the morning of October 24th, SBVN met with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh Province to directly hand over the company's financial support. The relief team also visited severely flooded areas such as Con Se, Con Nam, and Le Thuy, where they met with Catholic priests in critical areas to understand the real situation and directly deliver over 500 relief packages, including essential items such as water, medicine, milk, soy sauce, canned goods, along with cash, to the people.

Le Thuy commune is one of the hardest-hit areas in Quang Binh Province, facing the risk of rising water levels and welcoming two new storms, so SBVN's presence in this locality is like a warm flame for the spirits of the people, helping them gain strength to overcome the current difficulties.
Despite facing many travel challenges, SBVN made every effort to deliver these meaningful gifts.
Additionally, the relief team also cooperated with local militia forces in rescue efforts in the flood-stricken areas. SBVN received timely assistance from local fishermen in Hai Ninh and Ngư Thuỷ who fearlessly ventured into the most challenging conditions to assist in storm and flood rescue operations. It is during these moments that SBVN deeply feels the solidarity of the people during the storm and floods, which further encourages us to take action.
Sharing the reason for SBVN's presence in Quang Binh, Ms. Ngo Tu Dong Khanh expressed, "As soon as we received information about the storm and floods, my management team and I began planning relief efforts. When witnessing firsthand the houses and families submerged in floodwaters and isolated in the midst of rushing waters, we couldn't hold back our emotions. That's when we knew we had to act quickly with responsibility and heart. However, due to the complex rain and flood situation, our team could only carry out relief efforts in some locations in Quang Binh. The remaining relief items will be delivered to other affected areas after the storms subside to contribute to rebuilding the lives of our fellow citizens after the storm and floods."
Parallel to direct relief efforts in flood-affected areas, SBVN is also planning to establish a "Seaboard Vanguard Team" to further train rescue skills and respond promptly to environmental restoration programs.
